What happens right after I pay?+
You land on a short guide to requesting your LinkedIn export (about a minute of clicking), with an optional 24-hour email nudge in case LinkedIn takes a while to prepare the file. Once the file arrives, upload it and your review list is ready in seconds.
What's the difference between the plans?+
The one-off scan ($9) is cleanup only: the full detection engine, guided checklist, and CSV export, with 7 days to finish. Intelligence ($29/month, or $174/year at half the monthly rate) adds the analysis stack across your whole network: ICP scoring, account mapping, warm path finder, seniority breakdown, invitation intelligence, engagement bridge, era analysis, and message intent mining. Pipeline ($49/month, or $294/year at half the monthly rate) adds the recurring engines that turn your network into pipeline: the monthly job-change diff, never-messaged ICP finder, relationship decay alerts, and the new-in-role priority queue.
Can I cancel the monthly or annual plan?+
Anytime, in the Stripe billing portal. No emails, no retention flows. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What if it's not for me?+
30-day refund on every plan, valid as long as you haven't uploaded a connections list yet. Once you've run a scan, the analysis has done its job and the fee is earned. Email support@connectioncleanup.com and we'll sort it.
